Shooters
Shooters are shots, usually consisting of more then one liquor or mixer. For the chilled shots the ingredients are first shaken in a shaker glass with ice, then strained into a shot glass (usually 1 oz. of each liquor and filled with mixer makes 5-6 shots), in order to keep it cold. Other shots are served in layers and not shaken, and others have special rules. I will only explain a few in detail, because their are so many, but you should get the overall idea. 1.(CH)(H) SEX ON THE BEACH:
1. 1 oz. Vodka
2. 1 oz. Peach Shnapps
3. !/2 fill with orange juice
4. 1/2 fill with cranberry juice
5. Shake
2.(CH) RED SNAPPER:
1. 1 oz. Amaretto
2. 1 oz. Crown Royale
3. Fill with cranberry juice
6. Shake
3.(CH) PURPLE HOOTER:
1. 1 oz. Vodka
2. 1 oz. Chambord
3. Fill with cranberry juice
4. Shake
4.(CH)(R) KAMIKAZE:
1. 1 oz. Vodka
2. 1 oz. Triple Sec
3. 1 oz Lime juice
4. Shake
5.(LA) CHOCOLATE CAKE:
1. Layer equal parts Vodka and Frangelico
2. Sugar coated lemon served on the side (taste like chocolate cake)
6.(LA) IRISH CAR BOMB:
1. Layer equal parts Jameson Irish Whiskey and Baileys Irish Cream
2. Drop into 1/2 filled mug of Guinness Stout Beer (taste like chocolate milk)
7.(O)(R)(LA) MIND ERASER:
1. Rocks glass with ice
2. Layer equal parts Kahlua, Vodka, Club Soda
3. Serve with two straws
9.(LA) FLAMING DR PEPPER:
1. Almost fill shot glass with Amaretto
2. Float 151 Rum on top (The 151 lit on fire makes it flaming, but quite dangerous)
3. Drop into 1/2 filled mug of Guinness Stout Beer (taste like Dr Pepper)
10.CEMENT MIXER (PRANK SHOT):
2. 1 shot glass filled with Baileys Irish Cream
3. 1 shot glass filled with lime juice
4. Have the person quickly take both shots and gargle in mouth
(The lime juice causes the Baileys to curdle and become chunky in the mouth)
The rest will just be the (key codes), names of the shots and ingredients.
