Dessert & Aperitif Drinks

Various Liqueurs are served straight up in cordial glasses or snifters, (Sambuca, Ouzo, Grand Marnier, Frangelico, ect.). The drinks in this section would primarily, be served in a restaurant or some sorta of establishment that caters to an after dinner or brunch crowd. The King Alphonse is considered a "Float" or "Layered" drink. The density of the Liqueur will support the cream.

1. KING ALPHONSE:
1. Cordial or Rock glass
2. 3/4 full with Dark Creme De Cacao
3. Top of with cream float

2. ANGEL TIP:
1. Cordial or Rock glass
2. 3/4 full with Dark Creme De Cacao
3. Top of with cream float
4. Cherry on pick on top of glass

3. POUSSE CAFE:
1. Cordial glass, layer the following
2. Grenadine
3. Dark Creme De Cacao
4. White Creme De Menthe
5. Apricot Brandy
6. Green Chartreuse
7. Cognac

4. CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL:
1. Champagne glass
2. Sugar cube or Sugar packet
3. Dash of Bitters
4. Fill with Champagne
5. Garnish with a lemon twist
6. Serve "Caddie" along side

5. BELLINI:
1. Champagne glass
2. 1/2 oz. Peach Shnapps
3. Fill with Champagne

6. MIMOSA:
1. Champagne glass
2. 1/2 fill with Champagne
3. 1/2 fill with orange juice
4. Garnish with an orange slice

7. GRAND MIMOSA:
1. Champagne glass
2. 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
3. 1/2 fill with Champagne
4. 1/2 fill with orange juice
5. Garnish with an orange slice

8. AMERICANO:
1. Rock glass or Cocktail glass
2. 3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
3. 1/2 oz. Campari
4. Fill with Club Soda
5. Garnish with a lemon twist

9. DUBONNET COCKTAIL:
1. Rock glass or Cocktail glass
2. 1 oz. Dubonnet
3. 1 oz. Gin
4. Garnish with a lemon twist

10. ORANGE BLOSSOM:
1. Rock glass or Cocktail glass
2. 1 oz. Gin
3. 1 sugar packet
4. Fill with orange juice
5. Garnish with an orange slice

11. WHITE WINE SPRITZER:
1. Collins glass filled with ice cubes or wine goblet
2. 1/2 fill with White Wine
3. 1/2 fill with Club Soda
4. Garnish with a lemon twist

12. WINE COOLER:
1. Collins glass filled with ice cubes or wine goblet
2. 1/2 fill with Red or White Wine
3. 1/2 fill with Ginger Ale or 7-up
4. Garnish with a lime squeeze

13. KIR:
1. Collins glass filled with ice cubes or wine goblet
2. 3/4 oz. Creme De Cassis
3. Fill with White Wine

14. KIR ROYALE:
1. Champagne glass
2. 3/4 oz. Creme De Cassis
3. Fill with Champagne

coffee Drinks ( all served in coffee mugs)

15. IRISH COFFEE:
1. 1 oz. Irish Whiskey
2. Brown Sugar
3. Fill with hot coffee
4. Top with whipped cream
5. Drizzle Green Creme De Menthe

16. SPANISH COFFEE:
1. 1/2 oz. Brandy
2. 1/2 oz. Kahlua
3. Fill with hot coffee
4. Top with whipped cream

17. KEOKE COFFEE:
1. 1/2 oz. Brandy
2. 1/2 oz. Kahlua
3. 1/2 oz. Dark Creme De Cacao
4. Fill with hot coffee
5. Top with whipped cream

18. JAMAICAN COFFEE:
1. 1/2 Tia Maria
2. 1/2 oz. Dark Rum (Myer's)
3. Fill with hot coffee
4. Top with whipped cream

19. DUTCH COFFEE:
1. 1 oz. Vandermint (or 1/2 oz. each Creme De Menthe & Creme De Cacao)
2. Fill with hot coffee
3. Top with whipped cream
4. Serve sugar on the side

20. MEXICAN COFFEE:
1. 1/2 oz. Tequila
2. 1/2 oz. Kahlua
3. Fill with hot coffee
4. Top with whipped cream

21. NUTTY IRISHMAN (VERSION #1):
1. 1/2 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
2. 1/2 oz. Frangelico
3. Fill with hot coffee
4. Top with whipped cream
