Sweet & Sour Drinks

The drinks in this lesson should be shaked by hand or mixed in an eletric blender to give the drinks a consistent taste.

1. BACARDI COCKTAIL:
1. Stemmed cocktail glass or HighBall glass
2. Shaker glass with ice
3. 1 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
4. 1/2 oz. Grenadine
5. Fill with sweet & sour mix
6. Shake
7. Garnish with cherry

2. DAIQUIRI:
1. Stemmed cocktail glass or HighBall glass
2. Shaker glass with ice
3. 1 oz. Rum
4. Fill with sweet & sour mix
5. Shake or blend
6. Garnish with a lime wheel
(Daiquires can be made in various flavors. Banana, Strawberry, ect.)

3. SOUR:
1. HighBall glass filled with ice cubes
2. 1 oz. liqour or cordial (Vodka, Whiskey, Midori, ect.)
3. Fill with sweet & sour mix
4. Shake
5. Garnish with cherry

4. STONE SOUR:
1. Highball glass filled with ice cubes
2. 1 oz. liqour or cordial (Vodka, Whiskey, Midori, ect.)
3. 1/2 fill with sweet & sour mix
4. 1/2 fill with orange juice
5. Shake
6. Garnish with cherry

5. SIDE CAR:
1. Stemmed cocktail glass or Highball glass rimmed with sugar
2. 1 oz. Brandy
3. 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
4. Fill with sweet & sour mix
5. Shake

6. TOM COLLINS:
1. Tall glass filled with ice cubes
2. 1 1/2 oz. Gin
3. 1/2 fill with 7-up
4. 1/2 fill with sweet & sour mix
5. Shake
6. Garnish with cherry & lime wedge

7. SLOE GIN FIZZ:
1. Tall glass filled with ice cubes
2. 1 1/2 oz. Sloe Gin
3. Almost fill with sweet & sour mix
4. Splash of club soda
5. Shake
6. Garnish with cherry

8. SINGAPORE SLING:
1. Hurricane glass filled with ice cubes
2. 1 1/2 oz. Gin
3. 1/2 oz. Grenadine
4. Almost fill with sweet & sour mix
5. Splash of club soda
6. Float Cherry Brandy
7. Garnish with cherry

9. MARGARITA:
1. Tall glass filled with ice cubes
2. 1 oz. Tequila
3. 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
4. 1/4 oz. lime juice
5. Fill with sweet & sour mix
6. Shake
7. Salt rim of glass (if requested)
8. Garnish with a lime squeeze

10. BLUE MARGARITA:
1. Tall glass filled with ice cubes
2. 1 oz. Tequila
3. 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
4. 1/4 oz. lime juice
5. Fill with sweet & sour mix
6. Shake
7. Garnish with a lime squeeze

11. GOLD MARGARITA:
1. Tall glass filled with ice cubes
2. 1 oz. Gold Tequila
3. 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
4. 1/4 oz. lime juice
5. Fill with sweet & sour mix
6. Shake
7. Garnish with a lime squeeze

12. CADILLAC MARGARITA:
1. Tall glass filled with ice cubes
2. 1 oz. Tequila
3. 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
4. 1/4 oz. lime juice
5. Fill with sweet & sour mix
6. Shake
7. Float 1/2 oz. Grad Marnier
8. Garnish with lime squeeze

13. BLUE CADILLAC MARGARITA:
1. Tall glass filled with ice cubes
2. 1 oz. Tequila
3. 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
4. 1/4 oz. lime juice
5. Fill with sweet & sour mix
6. Shake
7. Float 1/2 oz. Grad Marnier
8. Garnish with lime squeeze

14. GOLD CADILLAC MARGARITA:
1. Tall glass filled with ice cubes
2. 1 oz. Gold Tequila
3. 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
4. 1/4 oz. lime juice
5. Fill with sweet & sour mix
6. Shake
7. Float 1/2 oz. Grad Marnier
8. Garnish with lime squeeze

15. GOLDEN MARGARITA:
1. Tall glass filled with ice cubes
2. 1 oz. call brand Gold Tequila (Patron, Sauze, ect)
3. 1/2 oz. Grad Marnier
4. 1/4 oz. lime juice
5. Fill with sweet & sour mix
6. Shake
7. Garnish with lime squeeze
