Always remember that if a drink contains all alcohol, it will be served either straight up or on the rocks.

1. RUSTY NAIL:
1. Rocks glass filled with ice
2. 1 1/2 oz. Scotch
3. 1/2 oz. Drambuie (Scotch based cordial)

2. BLACK RUSSIAN:
1. Rocks glass filled with ice
2. 1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3. 1/2 oz. Kahlua

3. BRAVE BULL:
1. Rocks glass filled with ice
2. 1 1/2 oz. Tequila
3. 1/2 oz. Kahlua

4. WHITE RUSSIAN:
1. Tall glass filled with ice
2. 1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3. 1/2 oz. Kahlua
4. Fill with cream or milk
5. Shake

5. COLORADO BULLDOG:
1. Tall glass filled with ice
2. 1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3. 1/2 oz. Kahlua
4. Almost fill with cream or milk
5. Shake
6. Splash of Cola

6. GODFATHER:
1. Rocks glass filled with ice
2. 1 1/2 oz. Scotch
3. 1/2 oz. Amaretto

7. MARLON BRANDO:
1. Tall glass filled with ice
2. 1 1/2 oz. Scotch
3. 1/2 oz. Amaretto
4. Fill with cream or milk
5. Shake

8. GODMOTHER:
1. Rocks glass filled with ice
2. 1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3. 1/2 oz. Amaretto

9. GODCHILD:
1. Tall glass filled with ice
2. 1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3. 1/2 oz. Amaretto
4. Fill with cream or milk
5. Shake

10. VODKA/GIN GIMLET:
1. Stemmed cocktail glass or Rocks glass
2. 1 1/2 oz. Vodka or Gin
3. 1/2 oz. Lime juice
4. Garnish with a lime wheel

11. STINGER:
1. Stemmed cocktail glass or Rocks glass
2. 1 1/2 oz. Brandy
3. 1/2 oz. White Creme De Menthe

12. ITALIAN STINGER:
1. Stemmed cocktail glass or Rocks glass
2. 1 1/2 oz. Brandy
3. 1/2 oz. Galliano

13. INTERNATIONAL STINGER:
1. Stemmed cocktail glass or Rocks glass
2. 1 1/2 oz. Metaxa (A Greek Brandy)
3. 1/2 oz. Galliano

14. MINT JULEP:
1. Collins or Tall glass - no ice
2. Sprinkle 4 sprigs of mint
3. 1 teaspoon or packet of sugar
4. 2 oz. Club Soda or water
5. Fill with crushed ice
6. 1 oz. Bourbon
7. Stir and add 5-6 sprigs to top

15. OLD FASHIONED:
1. Rocks glass - no ice
2. 1 packet of sugar
3. 3-4 dashes of Bitters
4. 1 oz. Club Soda
5. Add a cherry, orange wedge, and lemon wedge
6. Muddle
7. Add Ice
6. Fill with either Whiskey, Scotch, Bourbon, Jack Daniels, Jim Beam, or Southern Comfort
